Our Approach

To effectively convey the urgency and importance of environmental responsibility, we developed a campaign strategy that combined powerful visuals with concise, thought-provoking messages. Our approach was centered around creating posters that would not only inform but also motivate employees to take tangible steps towards reducing their carbon footprint. The goal was to create a lasting impression that would lead to meaningful change.

Creative Idea

"LIFE IN EVERY MOMENT." The creative concept was built around the idea that Cipla’s dedication to "Caring for Life" is reflected in every action, every decision, and every product they bring to the world. The mailers were designed to showcase real stories from Cipla employees and patients whose lives had been positively impacted by the company’s work. Each mailer was a visual and narrative celebration of these stories, emphasizing the tangible effects of Cipla’s core values on people’s lives.

Campaign Outcome

The poster campaign successfully captured the attention of HDFC Sales employees, leading to a noticeable shift in workplace behavior. Post-campaign feedback indicated that 82% of employees became more conscious of their environmental impact, with 74% actively adopting at least one sustainable practice promoted in the campaign. The initiative also sparked discussions around environmental responsibility, with many employees expressing a desire for ongoing education and further green initiatives within the company. Our Approach

Believing in the power of reimagining good ideas, our team drew inspiration from a past success – HDFC Sales’ ‘We Care’ internal magazine – to infuse the same soul into our latest venture, “Wellness Is Wealth.” This wellness campaign for employees and associates embodies our commitment to transforming existing concepts into impactful and meaningful experiences.

Creative Idea

“WEALTH + WELLNESS = BONUS!” Recognizing that employee stress isn’t solely tied to demanding employers but also stems from personal ambitions for financial growth, our aim was to convey that “There is much more to life.” Encouraging employees to join a Wellness Movement or discover their Wellness Quotient became our focus. Through a year-round campaign of engaging mailers and videos, we tackled the three pillars of wellness: Physical, Mental, and Organizational.

Cipla’s Social Media Policy Awareness Campaign

Our Approach

SIMON SAYS!
An instructional approach like the game ‘Simon Says’, where one person gives the instruction and others have to follow it. In every creative, SIMON will be represented by different individuals. The leader will convey one/two aspects of the Standards & Procedures and Guidelines of the Social Media Management Policy.

Creative Idea

Since we were all affected equally, it led us to the idea that preventive behavioral practices would be critical to winning the fight against the virus. This fight would be won when individuals altered their mindset so that everyone would benefit. The creative idea was designed through sustained reminders, clear & pin-point messaging and self-questioning thought. REMIND YOURSELF… DO I?

Campaign Outcome

The campaign created a habitual change because of the simple and direct single proposition: the reminder to “DO I?” One of the biggest contributors to the pandemic was anxiety and stress, compounded by over information and way too much medical informative material. Therefore, our simple ‘CALL TO ACTION’ reminder worked.

Leveraging our expertise in visual storytelling and strategic branding, we aimed to create a set of guidelines that were not only visually appealing but also highly practical. Drawing inspiration from successful past projects, we meticulously crafted a campaign that would resonate with the client’s audience and seamlessly integrate into their existing marketing efforts.

Creative Idea

"UNITY IN IDENTITY." Our core idea revolved around the concept that a strong, unified brand identity fosters trust and recognition. We designed a series of graphic images and templates that illustrated key brand elements, such as logo usage, color palettes, typography, and imagery styles. These elements were carefully chosen to reflect the brand's values and mission, creating a cohesive and memorable brand experience.

The implementation of the brand guidelines campaign led to remarkable results. Post-campaign feedback from key stakeholders indicated a significant improvement in brand consistency and recognition. Specifically, there was a 68% increase in correct logo usage and a 75% adherence to the specified color palette across all marketing materials. We aimed to create a sense of pride and ownership among employees, encouraging them to actively participate in building the company’s archives. Our approach involved crafting a compelling narrative and leveraging multiple channels to reach out to the employees.

Creative Idea

"YOUR LEGACY, OUR HISTORY." The campaign centered around the idea that each employee’s contribution is a vital part of Cipla’s story. We designed visually appealing graphic images and engaging content that highlighted the significance of preserving historical artifacts. Through emails, intranet postings, and social media, we communicated the message that every piece of history contributed would help create a comprehensive and rich archive that future generations could learn from and be inspired by.

Campaign Outcome

The campaign received an enthusiastic response from Cipla employees. Within the first month, over 200 employees contributed various items to the archives, including rare photographs, special media, unique 3-dimensional objects, historical sales literature, media monitoring materials, R&D journals, and books. This influx of materials significantly enriched Cipla’s historical collection, providing a more comprehensive view of the company’s legacy. Employee surveys indicated that 85% felt a deeper connection to the company’s history and 78% expressed pride in contributing to the archives.
