The Brief

In the course of meeting targets and earning wealth, it is health that is often neglected. The brief was to engage & motivate employees to take care of their health, the objective was to ensure how employees could contribute to more productivity.

Our Approach

Believing in the power of reimagining good ideas, our team drew inspiration from a past success – HDFC Sales’ ‘We Care’ internal magazine – to infuse the same soul into our latest venture, “Wellness Is Wealth.” This wellness campaign for employees and associates embodies our commitment to transforming existing concepts into impactful and meaningful experiences.

Creative Idea

“WEALTH + WELLNESS = BONUS!” Recognizing that employee stress isn’t solely tied to demanding employers but also stems from personal ambitions for financial growth, our aim was to convey that “There is much more to life.” Encouraging employees to join a Wellness Movement or discover their Wellness Quotient became our focus. Through a year-round campaign of engaging mailers and videos, we tackled the three pillars of wellness: Physical, Mental, and Organizational.
