The Brief

HDFC Sales aimed to raise awareness among its employees about the pressing issues of environmental conservation and climate change. The objective of the campaign was to educate and inspire the workforce to adopt more sustainable practices both in their professional and personal lives. The company sought to achieve this through a series of impactful posters displayed throughout their offices.

Our Approach

To effectively convey the urgency and importance of environmental responsibility, we developed a campaign strategy that combined powerful visuals with concise, thought-provoking messages. Our approach was centered around creating posters that would not only inform but also motivate employees to take tangible steps towards reducing their carbon footprint. The goal was to create a lasting impression that would lead to meaningful change.

Creative Idea

"LIFE IN EVERY MOMENT." The creative concept was built around the idea that Cipla’s dedication to "Caring for Life" is reflected in every action, every decision, and every product they bring to the world. The mailers were designed to showcase real stories from Cipla employees and patients whose lives had been positively impacted by the company’s work. Each mailer was a visual and narrative celebration of these stories, emphasizing the tangible effects of Cipla’s core values on people’s lives.

Campaign Outcome

The poster campaign successfully captured the attention of HDFC Sales employees, leading to a noticeable shift in workplace behavior. Post-campaign feedback indicated that 82% of employees became more conscious of their environmental impact, with 74% actively adopting at least one sustainable practice promoted in the campaign. The initiative also sparked discussions around environmental responsibility, with many employees expressing a desire for ongoing education and further green initiatives within the company. The campaign not only heightened awareness but also laid the groundwork for a more environmentally conscious corporate culture at HDFC Sales.
